Hello!
I thought since we're now into the fourth month of 2022, it's about time I shared a reading update.
If you're new here, you might not know this but at the beginning of the year, I set a reading goal of 52 books. This works out as roughly 1 book a week.
I started the year off really well. However, I haven't been able to keep this pace in recent weeks. So, I am a little behind schedule!
I am 11 books into my 52 book goal! So, I am currently 4 books behind schedule. I've managed to do a great deal of reading over the bank holiday weekend and have many exciting titles coming up.
The books I've read so far are:
- Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
- The Ex Hex - Erin Sterling
- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
- She Wolf - Rich Tommaso
- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
- Witch - Finbar Hawkins
- Medusa - Jessie Burton
- Glass Houses (The Morganville Vampires #1) - Rachel Caine
- Purple Panties - Zane
- Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
- Finding Faeries - Alexandra Rowland
I've enjoyed most of the books that I've been reading, witchy/fantasy books have been my go-to as you can clearly see. So far, my favourite books I've read so far are The Ex Hex, Glass Houses, and Finding Faeries. My TBR list is still a long one but I'm confidently getting through the pile!
I've started reading the second book of The Morganville Vampire series. I am really looking forward to finally finishing the series, I had started them during my teen years and never got around to reaching book 15. I plan on writing a long-form blog post about the whole series, where I potentially rate and review each book in the series!
As for what's coming up soon? I have some book reviews coming up that I've been eager to share. With more reading, I've found myself writing more too. I've got some exciting things coming up that I can't wait to share with you!
What have you bene reading over the bank holiday?
